Frequently Asked Questions

How are quotes calculated?
Based on work breakdown (WBS) → work hours × hourly rate. Honest and transparent pricing.
What's the minimum budget?
It depends on your requirements. We'll discuss scope and provide guidance during consultation.
Do you handle design?
Basic UI system is included. For custom design, it's a separate quote, or we can apply your prepared design.
Is maintenance mandatory?
No. After the warranty period, you can choose a maintenance contract or pay per request.
Will I get the source code?
Yes. Full source code is delivered upon completion.
Can you build both apps and websites?
Yes. Apps (Flutter), websites (React/Next.js, etc.), or both. We recommend the optimal setup for your needs.
Can you handle IoT/hardware?
Yes. ESP32 firmware, BLE/Wi-Fi integration, MQTT servers — all built in-house. We have real production experience.
What happens if I cancel after signing?
Full refund before work begins. After work starts, settlement is based on completed work. Specific terms are stated in the contract.
How can I track progress?
Weekly progress reports. A staging environment is provided for mid-project reviews. You can check the current status anytime.
Can I request changes after completion?
Changes within the agreed scope during the review period. Spec-based bugs are fixed for free during the warranty period. Further changes are handled via a maintenance contract.
